How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

Step 1: On the Cart or Checkout page, please choose your Credit Card type.
Step 2: Fill out your Credit Card information and click "Pay Now".

Can I change my shipping address?

If you change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order. Our customer service staff will check your order and confirm asap. Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly use your residential address rather than a vocational address.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, of course! All of our products are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards. Please allow 7–10 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted. Allow 5 to 7 days for the info to show up on the carrier’s website. Email us with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note the order number is not your tracking number.

How long does dispatch take?

Most orders are dispatched within 7–10 working days of ordering, with the exception of orders made over the weekend period (Friday–Sunday), which are dispatched on the next working day (Monday). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

How long is shipping?

As we ship from our global warehouses, orders may arrive anytime from 2–6 weeks* from the day of dispatch, depending on where you are in the world. If you have a tracking number you can track your products to see the status, or simply email us and we can tell you the status of your order.

Is shipping free?

Items that mention free shipping are based on you purchasing 1 item. If you add multiple items to your basket you will be charged shipping due to the combined weight of your items. Wherever you are in the world we will get your order to you — our shipping costs are the lowest around.
